ENTERTAINMENT £1,400
We would love to have a sponsor to cover the cost of the entertainment and the welcome drink - we have the Lincolnshire Band, Stolen Fridays and a disco. This is £1,400 and you could have a prominent write up on the website and in the event brochure and two tickets to the ball.
MARQUEE
Hykeham Lions Club have kindly sponsored the cost of the marquee. Neil was an active member for many years. Lions Clubs International, the worlds largest volunteer organisation, is in partnership with the charity Brain Tumour Research to raise funds.

If we could get 14 table sponsors at £200 a table it would raise £2,800 for a day of research. You will have your logo on the table on the evening, You will have a mention on the Facebook page, website and in the event brochure.

Would your business like to sponsor or design and print our table plan and place mats with name and menu choice for a maximum of 140 guests? You will have a mention on the Facebook page and on the website.
GIFT BAGS
We would love to give our guests a gift bag so we are looking for items to fill these but need 140 of each item. Our sponsors and auction or raffle prize contributors are also welcome to provide their branded pin badges, pens, notepads, sweets etc.

This table is our dedication to the memory of Jayne Lumbard, a beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who we sadly lost on 20th March 2024 after a 6-year battle with cancer. Ultimately it was brain cancer that proved to be the battle too far. Jayne and Roma were close school friends and continued that friendship throughout adulthood.
